In 1961 The Avengers burst onto our TV screens, starring Ian Hendry as Dr David Keel and Patrick Macnee as John Steed. It pitted Keel and Steed against the underworld in a run of twenty-six episodes, of which only three episodes still exist in their entirety.

The Avengers - The Audio Adaptations dramatise the Diana comic strips from the 1960s featuring John Steed and Emma Peel, and then tackle adventures which originally appeared in TV Comic!, introducing Tara King into the mix. We've also adapted the epic adventure, Too Many Targets, an original novel penned in 1990 by Dave Rogers and John Peel.
